This Acceptable Use Policy governs your use of SignalScore, operated by Predivo GmbH. It is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service. Violation may result in suspension or termination of your account.
1. Purpose
This policy defines acceptable and prohibited uses of SignalScore to ensure the Service is used responsibly, lawfully, and in a manner consistent with its intended purpose as a business information and indicative credit analysis tool.
2. Permitted Use
✓Credit risk & due diligence — Evaluating indicative creditworthiness as one factor in a broader due diligence process
✓Supplier & partner evaluation — Preliminary assessments of potential suppliers, vendors, or business partners
✓Investment research — Supplementary data points in investment workflows (not as sole basis)
✓Internal decision support — Risk management, compliance screening, and corporate governance
✓Academic research — With proper attribution to SignalScore and anonymization of individual assessments
Reports are AI-generated indicative analyses and must be used in accordance with our Legal Disclaimer.
3. Prohibited Conduct
×Misrepresentation — Presenting Reports as official credit ratings or certified assessments
×Harassment — Using Reports to threaten, intimidate, or coerce assessed companies or individuals
×Defamation — Publishing Reports to damage reputation — including on social media or press
×Commercial redistribution — Reselling, sublicensing, or incorporating Reports into commercial products
×Automated abuse — Excessive querying, scraping, crawling, or reverse-engineering the Service
×Account sharing — Sharing credentials or API keys outside the registered organization
×Fraudulent use — False identity, misrepresented purpose, or inflated user counts
×Competitive intelligence — Using the Service to build or improve a competing product
×Circumvention — Bypassing subscription limits, rate limits, or security measures
×Illegal purposes — Violating Swiss, EU, or other applicable laws and regulations
4. Data Usage Restrictions
!Internal use only — Reports are licensed for use within the subscribing organization
!No sole-basis adverse decisions — May not be sole basis for denying credit, employment, housing, or insurance
!No public publication — May not be shared on social media, press, forums, or public websites
!No legal evidence — May not be filed in legal proceedings without prior written consent
!No bulk collection — Systematic mass querying or database building is prohibited
5. Reporting Violations
Report suspected violations to support@signalscore.ch with as much detail as possible. Reports are treated confidentially. We do not retaliate against good-faith reporters.
6. Enforcement
1Warning — Written notice with corrective action requirement
2Temporary suspension — Access suspended pending investigation
3Permanent termination — Account revoked without reinstatement
4Legal action — Injunctive relief, damages, and cost recovery
No refunds for accounts terminated due to AUP violations.
7. Changes
We may update this policy with 30 days advance notice via email and website. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
